About the Opportunity

Jamberoo Action Park is looking to welcome a full-time Administration and Customer Service Officer to their team, based out of the park in Jamberoo, NSW.

Reporting to the General Manager, this is a key role that will see you completing day to day business administration tasks and actioning customer enquiries, with your workload and responsibilities fluctuating over the year, due to the seasonal nature of the park.

  • Responding to incoming communication with a range of customers and other stakeholders (face-to-face, letters, phone and email);
  • Processing and assisting with any customer enquiries, ticketing, bookings, feedback or complaints;
  • Updating business documents and maintaining administrative systems, filing and records;
  • Maintaining office space and supplies, handling ordering and basic financial administration; and
  • Assisting other departments as required with business research, reporting, document management and staff communication.

To Be Successful

Personable and collaborative, you'll be super organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritise your workload, working mostly autonomously.

Your positive 'can do' attitude, great phone etiquette and well-developed customer service skills will help you to develop effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business. You'll also need to be highly computer literate, confident learning and using a range of software.

Any experience in a similar environment, or related to group booking or corporate tourism would be a bonus, though this isn't essential provided you're keen to learn!
